Corpus Christi

The Solemnity of Corpus Christi is a celebration of one of the most important dogmas of our faith, that the Lord Jesus is truly present in the species of Bread and Wine. The Eucharist is the center and summit of our faith.

Let us celebrate this solemnity by offering our prayers in the form of votive candles as we pray for our intentions. Purchase a candle in memory of a loved one for $10 each. After the celebration you may take your candle home for your personal prayer, or you may leave it in the church to be dedicated as a tabernacle candle for use during the year.
