SAFE / C.O.R.I. Information

The Office of Healing and Prevention at the Diocese of Worcester requires that "all those working with minors or associated with minors or who have the potential to be associated with minors must have a CORI check, Safe Environment training and sign the Code of Conduct for the Diocese of Worcester."

In addition, the diocese also calls for safe environment education for all children in our parishes (age appropriate) and safe environment education for all parents. The downloadable documents "Training" and "Curriculum" are provided here as a resource to assist in meeting these requirements. Please review this material and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns on this matter.

The protection of children entrusted to our care has always been of paramount importance and we thank you for sharing in this vital ministry in the Church and helping to put the needs of the children first.
